Stampin Up Hawaii trip Sherrill and Mark Graff - after photos Blis Salon Boulder City Nevada

This is Mark and I right after our arrival!
The flight was good and they didn't even lose our luggage. Poor Paul and Maureen had their luggage misplaced... it decided to visit another island that day. But they did get it the following day.

The men at the welcome reception. My husband asked if I always get my photo taken with strange men at these events when he's not around. They don't look strange to me ...what do you think?

We swam in this pool, we also went to dinner at the restaurant the last evening

This was such a nice vacation that it was sad to see it end. We were excited to go home to see our children.

Artist Spotlight - Juanita Golson

I've been married to my DH for 30-1/2 years. We have done some moving around with him being in the military, to include over eight years in Germany. I have eight children ranging in age from 16 to almost 30, two girls and six boys. I've homeschooled my children for the last 13 years. My youngest is the only one left in school now.

I went to my first workshop in Aug 1999, shortly after my husband left for Korea. A couple of months later I started thinking about being a demo. It took my until February to make up my mind and decide to go for it. I tend to be very shy, but I have found that I love Stampin' Up! enough that I can actually get in front of people and do a demonstration or a class. A couple of months after I joined Stampin' Up!, my oldest daughter got me started doing scrapbooking. I have been stamping and scrapbooking for nine years now and am still loving it.

I really love the many colors that Stampin' Up! offers and that as I do my scrapbooks, even a few years later, the colors will still match. I love the way the papers and stamps work so well together, too.

Artist Spotlight - Marisol Gutierrez

Hello. My name is Marisol Gutierrez. I am 31 years old and live in Hamilton, NJ. I am married to my sweetheart of 17 years (married 7) and a SAHM of two beautiful children.

I have been a Stampin' UP demonstrator since October 2007. I have been scrapbooking for about 15 years but fell in love with cardmaking after having my daughter and couldnt find baptism invitations that caught my eye...So of course I made them. I was addicted after that.

I MAKE everything now not only for my family but for friends and family. I just cant see buying cards and invitations when what we do is so much more beautiful and personal. I would love to build my business and have workshops and classes but right now I am a hobby demo. My customers come to me because they need greeting cards, invitations and scrapbooks done for them or as gifts.
Feel free to stop by my blog A Touch of SOL It was named after my daughter Solimar who stamps the handmade stamp on the back of all my work and its never in the same place twice...Thank my lucky stars that alot of my customers dont mind

Artist Spotlight Nancy Holley

Hello from Florida! I am Nancy Holley, a stay at home mom and wife to three great kids ages 5, 3 and 1 and one handsome football coach. Before I got to stay at home, I was an elementary school teacher where I fit in best with the first and second graders! Fortunately, my mom fostered our (my three sisters and I) creative juices from a very early age. So we were always painting, sewing, cooking and building around our house.

I have since gotten more involved in my passions which are photography and paper crafting! I was introduced to Stampin' Up through my sister (a demonstrator) and fell in love with their variety of everything. I love that they have great stamps, but are so much more! If you want to follow along with our crazy chaos -- you can find me where chAoS is noRmaL.

so glad I could be a part of your blog!! Smiles, Nancy

Rebekah Jensen Artist Spotlight

Rebekah Jensen Stampin Up Demonstrator

Artist Spotlight - Three years ago I received a phone call one day from a man in our church asking if I would like to take his wife’s place at a stamping event she would be unable to attend. I agreed to go but had no idea what I was getting myself into. The stamp camp was a fun eye opener, but I left with no plans to get into a new hobby. In the months following, I picked up a couple stamps at a craft store and played around with them, but it wasn’t until the same couple gave me a Stampin’ Up! gift certificate that everything began to change. As I looked through the Stampin’ Up! catalog I found myself looking over and over again at the Starter Kit. We were contemplating moving to another state at the time, and I thought perhaps I could change from being a piano teacher to a stamping teacher and I did.

One month after becoming a demonstrator in Maryland, I moved to Ohio and then, eighteen months later, on to Pennsylvania where I currently live and work as a mother, Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, Vice President of my husband’s company, Sozo Firm Inc., and pastor’s wife. I have three boys age 5 and under and a wonderful husband. Stamping gives me a time to be creative (and make girly things that aren’t necessarily fully appreciated by all my boys!) and a chance to get out and meet new people and make new friends.

I began a stamping blog in January as a chance to share new ideas with my customers, both local and out-of-state, as well as the many stampers out there that I don’t know.
