About our late night stamper events.
They start Sunday the 13th with a gift exchange and name badge making. Then at 8 am Monday Morning we start the stamp camp. where each create 8-12 fun projects. These projects are perfect to take home and teach our customers. This gives us 8-12 months of projects to keep our stamp clubs going. Then we do a shoe box swap where we sit in groups of 6-7 and make each others projects. One demonstrates while the others follow along. This is one of the funest things we do.The projects are amazing. Demonstrators are so talented. Then monday night we have a wow event where we watch demonstrations and techniques
that always get a wow out of our customers. That is our first day.
we have the entire ballroom
so there is enough room for 120 people to attend our events
this was one of our stamp camp projects
The second day is spent finishing up any projects we didn't get done the first day of stamp camp. Then we have another shoe box swap, this time it's 3-D cards. Perfect to show at the end of workshops! Then we have our welcome party. The welcome party provides more time to get to know eachother. We make a fun project too. Last year we made and were given things that all had to do with the Ronald McDonald House. Stampin Up demonstrators support the house near us and during convention is no exception. I have found that people come out of the wood work to help at Charity events and so as a demonstrator I held one each month at our local library. It was a great way to meet new people and let them try our
just a few of the swap cards
Amazing aren't they!
The third day is a 80+1 card front swap, prizes given to the best ones. this helps us have great display boards when we go home. So as you can see our events are geared around making your stampin up year more successful! We have another shoe box swap and then have a fun Reunion party!!! Did I mention, prizes, prizes and more prizes! Tami will be bringing a truck load of new merchandise with her to convention. She is the treasurer this year and in charge taking the registrations as well as buying the supplies and prizes we give away. e-mail Tami at firstname.lastname@example.org Tami McCalla is also a member of our Late Night Stamper group on Stampin Connection. Go look her up if you want to have a lot of fun with us this year BEFORE convention event starts! The price for all this fun is only $125. that is it! Our events are held at the Radisson each year. The Radisson gives us discounted sleeping rooms and a free breakfast box each morning. Come join us!
